Product Spotlight | New Enhanced UX and UI rollout underway

An improved user experience to simplify how all users and especially busy Meeting Managers (MM) configure, manage and report on meeting scheduling and session signups at events and with campaigns. The changes include a new user interface, filters, search, reorganized menus and settings, and much more.

Product Spotlight | Self-Serve Coming Soon

Jifflenow eEvent and eCampaign software products will soon enable our customer’s Meeting Managers to perform activities they currently rely on customer success managers to do. Some of the key capabilities that will be switched to the self-serve model are:

  • Self-create, manage and modify event or campaign instances, including managing staging, production, and go-live.
  • Self-create and manage notifications for general meetings and sessions, such as a listing of templates, updating default notifications, along with preview and sending test emails.
  • Self-create and manage forms and engagement types and configure workflow rules, inbound request pages, and surveys by MMs based on privilege settings.
  • Auto archive an instance after a set duration and the ability to delete an old event.

These major enhancements could not have been possible without the valuable feedback from you––our customers. We’re nearly ready for the launch of these significant updates. So stay tuned.
