Product Update:

Multi-Level Topics Feature for Scheduling High-Quality Meetings

Context is vital to book a meeting. Jifflenow eEvent and eCampaign products provide the option for Meeting Managers to capture additional details on topics of interest. The system can dynamically provide the right internal expert and location to the requestor when booking meetings.

To make the flow intuitive and efficient for the meeting requestor, the Meeting Manager can set up a hierarchical structure of topics, displaying to meeting requestors only the relevant information at each subsequent level.

This feature can be applied to the outbound and inbound book meeting flow. The enhanced topic mapping functionality will automatically route the meeting request to the right experts based on selected information.

UX Enhancement - Quick Copy Engagement Type Setting(s)

Jifflenow focuses on continuous UX enhancements, and we released the quick copy feature in May 2023 to help MMs configure multiple engagement types quickly and efficiently. When a Meeting Manager (MM) configures an engagement type, it allows MMs to copy the settings from one engagement type to another easily.

To increase user productivity, we added the search bar to select an engagement-type popup. Just type in the engagement type name, select the check box of the engagement type to which they want to copy the settings, and click copy.
